Senior Educator Opportunity

Are you passionate about leading a team to deliver exceptional educational programs for children?

This Senior Educator role offers a unique chance to take charge of your own room, shaping the lives of young minds and making a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated educators to develop and implement engaging educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement in teaching practices.
  • Ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, promoting safety and inclusivity.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Blue Card.
