Podcast Producer Manager

The role of the podcast producer manager involves overseeing the production of multiple podcasts, managing a team of podcast producers and developing new original content.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced individual to lead a dynamic team in creating engaging audio experiences for our audiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 10 years experience working in audio and content creation
  • Experience in managing creative teams
  • Strong mentoring skills and the ability to lead a team of producers
  • Excellent communication and feedback skills
  • Fine tuned editorial lens
  • Strong relationship management experience with talent and managers
