Job Title: Senior Spatial Planning Professional

This challenging role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of regional planning strategies that drive economic growth and urban development. As a key member of our team, you will lead the management of large datasets and provide high-quality statistics and insights to support decision-making.

The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, with experience in data governance, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior management, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and achieve outstanding results.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about spatial planning and has a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large datasets to support regional planning activities
  • Develop and publish statistics and insights on regional growth, land supply, housing, and related topics
  • Coordinate data requests from customers within and external to the department
  • Implement data governance policies to ensure data security, accuracy, and availability
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs and advice
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., spatial science, economics, environmental science)
  • Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
