**Freelance Vehicle Buyer**

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as freelance vehicle buyers. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing vehicles through private, trade and dealer networks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale, dealership or independent vehicle buying and possess a solid knowledge of car values, models and the market.

As a freelance vehicle buyer, you will enjoy the flexibility of running your own business while gaining the security, scale and reputation of working with a nationally recognized brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and securing vehicles through various channels
  • Completing vehicle appraisals and negotiating purchase prices
  • Managing your buying activity independently with full admin and ops support
  • Representing the Dutton brand with integrity and professionalism

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ABN and ability to invoice weekly
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance (min. $10M)
  • Workcover Insurance
  • Proven experience in wholesale, dealership or independent vehicle buying
  • Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
  • Solid knowledge of car values, models and the market
