About this role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead a team to provide efficient and friendly daily service with a focus on cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for driving the team in a fast-paced environment, assisting with core service duties such as food and coffee service, and opening and closing of the outlets. You will also work with the leadership team on managing rosters, inventory management, and ordering, as well as supporting the team to drive revenue and profit.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing daily operations, including food and coffee service, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Assisting with rostering, inventory management, and ordering
  • Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Knowledge of cash control, food safety, and general health and safety requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
