The Position:

We are seeking an experienced IP Systems Analyst to join our centralised IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing systems configuration and business rules within core Intellectual Property (IP) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage IP systems, implementing business rule changes and standardising business processes.
  • Improve workflow in the IP systems through different means such as automation.
  • Maintain strong relationship with all business entities and communicate clearly.
  • Support day to day issues with IP Management systems.
  • Document changes and follow the change control process strictly.
  • Protect data integrity within the core IP systems.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary or professional qualification in Information Technology and Management would be advantageous.
  • Experience in IP Management systems or business processes is essential.
  • Exposure to VBA and/or SQL would be beneficial.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Inprotech is required.
  • Credible with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent influencing skills coupled with ability to manage relationships and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated a focus on quality documentation and continuous improvement.
