Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with our business goals and regulatory environment.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the Australian healthcare advertising standards and the ability to operationalise compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in marketing within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.

They will possess a proven track record of leading integrated digital strategies, brand management and multi-channel campaigns at scale.

The candidate will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills across clinical, legal, executive and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business goals
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to execute marketing plans
  • Ensure all marketing activity adheres to AHPRA, TGA and Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code
  • Build a measurement framework to optimise acquisition, retention and LTV
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on clinical accuracy and go-to-market priorities

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian healthcare advertising standards
  • Proven success leading integrated digital strategies and brand management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build a high-performing multidisciplinary team
