Job Description- The Wellbeing & Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the resident experience by curating and executing social, educational, and wellness-based activities that cater to diverse interests.
- You'll form meaningful relationships with local businesses and partners, helping to bridge our residents with the wider community and enhance their living experience.
Working closely with internal teams, you'll contribute to marketing strategies and ensure events align with goals, resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Ambassadorship: Consistently represent our core values in all interactions, embodying our brand's essence.
- Event Development: Create and deliver high-quality events tailored to residents' interests and needs.
- Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and local businesses to source event supplies, negotiate partnerships, and promote community engagement.
- Logistical Management: Oversee all aspects of events, including planning, execution, budgets, bookings, supplier compliance, and on-site coordination.
- Internal Alignment: Liaise with teams to ensure events align with marketing campaigns and leasing objectives.
- Content Creation: Capture and share content from events across marketing channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Event Evaluation: Timely report and evaluate event performance, resident feedback, and budget tracking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant policies, insurance standards, and WHS regulations during event delivery.
- Community Outreach: Contribute to outreach marketing efforts and community awareness through local engagement and brand promotion.
- Retention Strategies: Support broader leasing and retention strategies by encouraging resident renewals and community referrals.
