Assistant Retail Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, stock rotation, and visual displays.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development of operational plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
