A leading role in our organization is available for a seasoned professional to drive digital transformation initiatives. As a Digital Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a unified digital experience for agricultural cross-border trade by consolidating multiple import and export service portals into a single platform.

This strategic leadership position requires stakeholder management at the executive level, deep expertise in digital product delivery, service design, understanding of digital identity, and profile management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Develop and own the product roadmap to unify multiple portals into a single digital platform for agricultural trade services.
  • Lead the rationalisation of existing portals into one integrated service, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Align product development with government architectures and cyber security standards.
  • Champion a customer-first approach ensuring the roadmap reflects user needs, policy requirements, and is technically feasible.
  • Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders to achieve a unified approach.
  • Manage competing interests and build consensus to drive product outcomes and delivery.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Translate policy, compliance, and operational requirements into practical digital services.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Product Lead or Senior Product Manager in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a product roadmap in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of government's digital identity policy and product landscape.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives within digital transformation programs.
  • Ability to interpret and deliver against government policy objectives.
