The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Storage Consultant to join our team based in Airport West. As a Storage Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the store and working closely with the management team to deliver outstanding store results and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  2. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and facility maintenance
  3. Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  5. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

  1. Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies
  2. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
