Job Summary:

As a key member of our optical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on eyewear, and maintaining the highest standards of practice presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Frame Expertise: Recommend frames that perfectly match the patient's prescription, style, and lifestyle, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Practice Presentation: Maintain impeccable practice presentation, including merchandising and displays, to create a welcoming and engaging environment for patients.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the optical industry, particularly in Vision Therapy.
