About the Role

As an Optical Assistant/Dispenser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eye care services to our patients, including assisting with daily practice operations, recommending frames, and maintaining a high level of practice presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Operations: Engage in day-to-day tasks, including patient assistance, sales management, appointment booking, and practice administration.
  • Frame Expertise: Recommend frames that match patients' prescriptions, styles, and lifestyles.
  • Maintaining Excellence: Ensure impeccable practice presentation, including merchandising and displays.
  • Continuous Learning: Benefit from in-house and external training, especially in Vision Therapy, to enhance your skills and grow in your role.
