We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, valuations, research, transaction services and due diligence, through to financial modelling and strategic advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain experience in corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, valuations, research, transaction services and due diligence;
  • Develop skills in financial modelling and strategic advisory matters;
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and social team to achieve goals and objectives;
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the company through your expertise and skills.

Requirements
  • A relevant accounting, commerce or finance degree, ideally studying toward CA qualifications;
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role, or experience in valuations and looking for a broader role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data;
  • Experience with Excel, with financial modelling experience highly regarded;
  • Strong team focus and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to make suggestions and 'think outside the box'.
