Job Title: Trade Overseer - Ground Maintenance

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated professional to oversee team activities at our Ground Maintenance Unit. The role involves supervising and developing inmates, ensuring productivity efficiency and commercial objectives are achieved while meeting Workplace Health & Safety, Quality Management requirements, and customer service needs.

About the Role
  • Supervise and develop inmates through managing, coaching, instructing, and encouraging them to improve their work skills and enhance post-release employment prospects.
  • Oversee team activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality management systems, and customer service standards.
Key Qualifications
  • Hold a trade qualification in Horticulture (Landscaping or Parks & Gardens), Construction, Carpentry, Plumbing, or other related trades.
  • Have proven post-trade experience and hold a current NSW Driver Licence.
  • Be willing to work across varying trades in a flexible manner to support the team.
  • Meet the Key Accountabilities and Focus Capabilities of the role.
