Customer Relationship Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team.

About the Opportunity

This role involves managing our CRM Flows & Campaign program to increase customer retention, frequency, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Briefs and executes campaign and business-as-usual direct communications with high attention to detail.
  • Owns execution of CRM flows across multiple product domains.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points in EDMs and landing pages and partners with e-commerce and development to lift customer lifetime value and frequency.
  • Understands how SMS complements email flows while leveraging email campaigns for maximum influence on database health and engaged users.
  • Constantly identifies campaign AB testing opportunities to lift CVR and CTR via copy iterations, offer iterations, and best use of non-saleable product.
  • Measures and reports out on flow performance, referencing insights on why something is or isn't working.
  • Develops, implements, and optimizes triggered/automated flows to support customer conversion, retention, referral, cross-selling, and reactivation.
  • Manages relationships with vendors like Klaviyo to improve and optimize accounts.
  • Identifies source of truth for RFM measures to better align KPIs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in a similar position within the online fashion industry desirable.
  • Experience using Klaviyo not essential but highly desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to work with large datasets and analyze and comment on trends.
  • Exposure to conversion strategy and experience with email & SMS strategy.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners.
  • High level written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional understanding of the fast fashion market.
  • Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines, and project management skills.
