We're looking for someone who embodies this spirit, who can provide exceptional guest services at every touchpoint and be a true host to our guests. As a key member of our small team, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for each and every guest.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a high level of guest services during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
• Identifying and resolving complaints and problems creatively
• Serving as a local connection for our guests, providing advice and recommendations on key points of interest
• Responding to emergency situations safely and professionally

Our ideal candidate is adaptable, enjoys variety, and operates with an ownership mindset. You'll have approved Australian working rights, a First Aid Certificate, and a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)
• First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on rotation with other team members
• Experience in a customer service role
