Mechanic Role

Our Villawood facility is seeking skilled Automotive Mechanics to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle we deliver meets our high standards of safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop, with a Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and RWC License or equivalent. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills are essential, along with keen attention to detail and commitment to safety.

We offer a competitive salary, super, and overtime opportunities, as well as tools provided or a monthly allowance. You will also have access to a $500/year wellness allowance and $60/month phone allowance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles
  • Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on brakes, suspension, engines, and more
  • Ensuring vehicles meet roadworthiness and compliance standards
  • Performing quality control checks before handover
  • Documenting all work completed for transparency and compliance
  • Collaborating with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth workflows
  • Requirements:
  • Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, RWC License or equivalent (essential)
  • Solid mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop (2-3 years minimum)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Willingness to undergo a police and background check
