Job Opportunity: Project Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Sales Assistant to join our team in Inner West Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating inspections, settlements, and customer service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inspections and settlements, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing invoices and sales advices
  • Organize and coordinate valuations and settlement inspections
  • Assist with handover packs and appointments
  • Report and follow up on defects, coordinating with builders on availability and rectifications
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Certificate of Registration (or be in the process of obtaining it)
  • Experience in Admin/Customer Service roles
  • Effective communicator with good energy and engagement
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Able to work 9am - 5pm, Monday to Sunday (with two week days off)
