Job Opportunity: Project Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Sales Assistant to join our team in Inner West Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales inspections, settlements, and customer service responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, provide general communication with purchasers, agents, solicitors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct sales presentations, undertake walk-throughs, and support with processing of invoices and sales advices
  • Organize and coordinate valuations and settlement inspections, assist in organizing handover packs and appointments
  • Report and follow-up defects, coordinate with builders on availability and defect rectifications
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Certificate of Registration or be in the process of obtaining it
  • Experience in Admin/Customer Service roles, effective communicator with good energy and engaging
  • Must have full working rights in Australia, able to work 9am - 5pm, Monday to Sunday (with two week days off)
