Lead Educator Opportunity in Childcare

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of your classroom, ensuring a fun, safe, and structured learning environment.
  • Design and deliver engaging educational programs in line with the EYLF.
  • Work closely with fellow educators to support children's holistic development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of educational practices within the centre.
  • Implement and maintain a consistent routine while adapting to the individual needs of children.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF with hands-on experience in a childcare setting.
  • Previous experience as a Lead Educator.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • A proactive approach to learning and development, with a passion for innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and support children's diverse needs.
