The Opportunity

You will be responsible for contributing to the whole beer making process and we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

  1. A Grain to Keg or Can approach
  2. A love for beer - tasting it, talking about it, designing it, creating it
  3. QA + QC operations
  4. Skilled in various support roles including kegging
  5. End-to-end processes, operations, filtration, tank clean and sanitation
  6. Pack line preparation for canning
  7. Keg racking
  8. Raw ingredients appraisal
  9. Product development

About You

- Proactive self-starter
- Two years of hands-on experience within the brewery industry
- Have the ability to work independently as part of a wider team
- Motivated to learn and grow
- Demonstrate aptitude for coordinating production in a brewing environment
- Recognised technical brewing qualifications are highly regarded
- Working knowledge of brewer safety systems
