Key Venue Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our craft beer venue. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of a passionate community in Australia.

About the Job:

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. The right person will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering operational excellence, and promoting a positive culture among team members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and enthusiastic culture among team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Oversee functions and events on both large and small scales, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, and best practice in all aspects of venue operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Passionate leader and enthusiast with a strong knowledge of the craft beer industry.
  • RSA and RMLV certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work rotating rosters, including weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shifts.
