Barber Shop Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Barber to take on a leadership role and manage our busy barber shop in the heart of Nowra CBD.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of barbers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and grow revenue
  • Building relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a qualified barber
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the hairdressing or beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • A strong understanding of the hairdressing industry, including trends, technologies, and best practices
