About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join our team at Addler, a family-run business with over 30 years of success. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and development.

About You

You will be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. With a strong background in financial administration, you will have experience in managing accounts receivable, processing credit applications, and generating reports.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable, following up on due and overdue payments via phone and email.
  • Process and manage credit account setups.
  • Create and email invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile accounts daily, processing payments and ensuring accurate records.
  • Prepare mid-monthly overdue account reports.
  • Update and maintain customer details in our database.
  • Manage vendor invoice filing, EFTPOS payments, postal duties, and daily banking.

The Ideal Candidate

• Confident and professional phone communication skills.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in financial software (ODOO preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

• A collaborative mindset, ready to thrive in a family-oriented, team-focused environment.
