The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our Finance Team. This permanent full-time position will be responsible for processing external agency payment files, cheque, direct debit, and credit card payments for all Council business.

You will also generate section certificates and assist with rates and debtor enquiries, as well as pensioner rebate applications. Strong data entry and reconciliation skills are essential for this role.

  • Job Type: Permanent Full Time
  • Salary Range: $62,000 - $74,999 per year + 9.5% Superannuation
  • Hours: Flexible work arrangements

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, as well as relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar role.
