Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Performance Coach to join our team. As a key member of our business growth strategy, you will work closely with up to 30 established business owners to enhance performance, build capacity, and drive profitability.

This role involves strategic guidance on succession planning, resource optimisation, and operational efficiency to enable owners to step back while the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate business performance by coaching owners to shift complacency and unlock revenue opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction on financial KPIs, co-create growth plans, and deliver measurable results.
  • Analyse financials and business metrics to identify and implement high-impact strategies.
  • Champion a culture of improving service delivery and profitability.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Coach or Operations Manager in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong financial acumen to understand profitability levers; exceptional coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently via digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience in succession planning, team leadership, and motivating for change.
