Main Responsibilities:
  • You will conduct thorough assessments of candidates and provide recommendations for support services.
  • Offer counselling intervention services via face-to-face and telehealth sessions, utilising various psychological methodologies.
  • Refer candidates to external services to address barriers and facilitate their progression towards employment.
  • Liaise with medical professionals and community agencies on behalf of clients, ensuring comprehensive support.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on psychological services and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant Tertiary Qualification in Psychology (registration) or Counselling (membership).
  • Experience in employment services is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication, rapport-building skills, and engagement are essential for success in this role.
