Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Foreign Currency Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and services, helping customers get more value for their money with tips, tricks and recommendations for their trips.

Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to think creatively to tailor solutions for customers will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills
