This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading travel retailer, providing foreign currency solutions to customers.
The position requires availability to work part-time hours, Thursday-Sunday, and involves selling foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers.
As a Part-Time Foreign Currency Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and recommending products to enhance customers' trips.
- Supporting customers in choosing the best solutions for their travel needs.
- Contribution to a sales-focused environment and working towards achieving KPIs to earn incentives.
- Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and listening abilities.
- Maintaining accuracy in handling transactions and information.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Full training provided through a two-week paid starter program.
- Industry travel discounts and eligibility for Familiarisation Trips to explore destinations and products.
