Proactive Services Trolley Collection Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated Trolley Collection Specialist to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Wadalba. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores maintain pristine conditions, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle, pushing trolleys up a ramp onto the collection vehicle, collecting trolleys left in and around the store, and returning them to the trolley bays. Additionally, you will perform pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, follow safety and operational processes, and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys.

Requirements:

  • You must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence or a full International Licence.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
