Client Scheduling Officer Role

The Client Scheduling Officer plays a pivotal role in coordinating the provision of care and contractor services to clients.

This involves collaborating with Service teams across Queensland to deliver high-quality care that meets client needs.

The role is based at our office in Brisbane, where you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring safety and security related works with Maintenance staff across QLD;
  • Liaising with Allied Health professionals to assist with home modifications;
  • Maintaining integrity in scheduling Maintenance/Field Officers to ensure their days are planned well in terms of time, travel and case load;
  • Strategising and planning for staff leave, whether planned or unplanned;
  • Prioritising client needs to ensure timely service delivery;
  • Maintaining client and employee relationships in a call centre environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the community by helping maintain client independence.

About You

We are looking for an individual with highly developed skills in administration, time management and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Solid experience in computer systems and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook;
  • Solid experience in an administration/business support role in the community services environment;
  • Experience in rostering and knowledge of Procura management, although not essential.
