Job Title: Senior OSHC Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. As a Senior OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staffing, administration, and financial management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and educational program for up to 75 children.
  • Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission, and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
  • A strong understanding of Child Care legislation, including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
