Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer success and contribute to our mission of making the internet a safer place. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our customers, guiding them through setup and activation, and fostering long-term relationships that drive growth and adoption.

Our ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed individual with a strong focus on delivering measurable value and driving impact. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of our Awareness Platform, maintaining a diverse portfolio of accounts, and building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. They will also act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity awareness, helping customers embed best practices across their organization.

Responsibilities
  • Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, from onboarding through renewal
  • Head the technical implementation of our Awareness Platform, ensuring a smooth and successful Go-Live
  • Maintain a diverse portfolio of accounts, varying in size and complexity
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through tailored engagement and success plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity awareness, helping customers embed best practices across their organization
Required Skills and Qualifications

You're a customer-obsessed individual with a strong focus on delivering measurable value and driving impact. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of hands-on experience in Customer Success or another customer-facing, revenue-focused role. You're naturally curious, always asking questions to better understand your customers' goals and problems.
