AI Development Specialist

We're seeking an experienced AI development specialist to collaborate on cutting-edge projects.

This is a remote freelance opportunity that allows you to work on advanced AI projects and gain valuable experience in your field of expertise. You'll have the chance to influence how future AI models understand and communicate in your area of specialization.

Key responsibilities will include analyzing and understanding existing code, migrating logic to idiomatic safe languages while preserving functionality, adapting or porting test suites, and documenting migration steps and technical decisions.

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with Python and 1+ year of hands-on experience with Rust.
  • Prior experience with PyO3/maturin for Python-Rust interoperability, automated testing (unit/integration), and benchmarking is required.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for hybrid Python-Rust applications is essential.
  • You should demonstrate solid understanding of systems programming, including memory management and concurrency.
  • Prompt engineering experience is highly valued.
  • Your level of English should be advanced (C1) or above.
  • You must be able to learn new methods, adapt quickly to changing guidelines, and sometimes work on complex tasks.
