Job Overview

High voltage cable jointing and termination is a specialized field that requires technical and practical expertise.

The successful candidate will have experience in terminating high voltage cables up to 33KV, with knowledge of products such as Raychem and Nexans.

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain high voltage installations, including cable jointing and terminating up to 33KV
  • Develop and implement job-specific safety procedures, conduct pre-starts, and perform safety audits
  • Plan and report on projects, utilizing strong communication and planning skills
Essential Qualifications
  • Victorian A Grade Electrical License
  • HV Termination Product Competencies or Equivalent
  • Certificate III Distribution Cable Jointing (VESI) would be an advantage
  • Full Victorian Driver's Licence and current LVR & CPR certification

Remuneration and package will be developed based on abilities and experience.
