Software Technical Lead for Cloud Architecture

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical teams in implementing complex cloud solutions using Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform, and microservices architecture.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster strong software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and advise on technical requirements.
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in systems development and implementation.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Engineering discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading technical members, while staying hands-on technically.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Confluent Certified Kafka Developer or Administrator certification preferred.
