Administration Officer

About the Role:

This pivotal role supports the systems and processes that underpin our students' academic journeys. As an Administration Officer, you will contribute to the effective delivery of our programs and timetabling by maintaining curriculum data, assisting with student enrolments, and helping coordinate class scheduling across multiple campuses.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update approved curriculum data within PeopleSoft and timetabling systems;
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our class timetables, supporting efficient use of teaching space;
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations relating to scheduling and curriculum data; and
  • Liaise with stakeholders across faculties and campuses to implement curriculum changes and scheduling adjustments.

Requirements:

You're an organised, tech-savvy professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep complex systems running smoothly. You bring a strong customer service ethic, and you're confident communicating with colleagues across different departments to find collaborative solutions.

You will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in student administration, ideally within higher education;
  • Strong knowledge of student information systems (PeopleSoft or similar);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-focused approach;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse problems and develop innovative, efficient solutions;
  • High-level computer literacy including Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
