Senior Clinical Psychologist

As a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Team Leader at Gorilla Jobs, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional therapy to a diverse range of clients across the lifespan while managing a team of driven psychologists.
This role offers incredible flexibility with the freedom to choose your working days, hours, and location. You will work from our state-of-the-art offices in Victoria, enjoying a curated work schedule that promotes flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a mix of clinic-based and community-based work, including travel to clients within a 30-minute radius from the clinic.
- Lead a team of psychologists on site, providing day-to-day support and guidance.
- Maintain a reduced caseload for the psychology team based on leadership responsibilities.
- Provide clinical support to a team of Provisional Psychologists.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
- AHPRA registration.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Previous experience managing a team of provisional psychologists.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to adhere to treatment schedules.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of company perks, including a mobile phone provided and the use of a company car.
About the LocationOur offices are located in Victoria, offering easy access to a diverse range of communities and clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied demographic of predominately NDIS clients, as well as Medicare, TAC, and private clients across the lifespan.
