About the Role

StoneX Group is seeking a highly skilled Dairy Risk Management Broker to join our team. As a key member of our dairy commodities team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in managing their dairy market risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the desk on voice brokerage & execute trades on behalf of clients including dairy futures, options, swaps.
  • Ensure all client queries are answered within a timely manner.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.
  • On-board new clients following the correct process & docs refresh.
  • Follow up on periodic compliance review, KYC/AML Refresh.
  • Funding, Withdrawal, Margin call follow up, Trades check and daily recap.
  • Learn the ins & outs of the dairy markets from experienced desk head, gaining a solid understanding of the pressures faced by corporate dairy market participants in the area.
  • Understand pertinent regulation within the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with group policies.
  • Working in SG public holiday & following New Zealand public holiday.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, fluent spoken English & Mandarin.
  • Hard working and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive and can handle pressure.
  • Meticulous & detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
  • Prefer someone with financial institution experience but not compulsory.
