Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of bus and truck parts to our depots.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics, as well as strong computer literacy and administration skills.

You will work closely with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient stock levels and manage warranty claims.

This is a full-time opportunity with genuine career progression possibilities.

About the Role
  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of new and/or repairable stock items for depots
  • Conduct regular stock-takes and cyclic counts to maintain efficient stock levels based on depot trends
  • Raise purchase orders as required ensuring compliance with purchasing policies
  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers on stock issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receipted and dispatched stock at depots
  • Manage warranty claims and identify obsolete and surplus stock for removal or sale
Key Requirements
  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics
  • Strong computer literacy and administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
