Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process fuel transactions efficiently and accurately using our console system.\
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.\
  • Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with precision and attention to detail.\
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards in the fuelling area.\
  • Prepare and serve hot beverages and food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.\
  • Assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and general store maintenance tasks.\
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.\
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing situations as needed.\\/ul>\

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment is highly desirable.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.\
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\
  • Food handling and barista experience (preferred but not required).\
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.\\/ul>\

Additional Information:
