Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact for client integrations, defining the capabilities and requirements of the e-commerce platform.
  • Manage the implementation process, ensuring that timelines are adhered to for both external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver ongoing training and technical support to partners and clients undergoing integration.
  • Lead troubleshooting initiatives until issues are fully resolved.
  • Work closely with the development team to introduce new features and tailor solutions to client specifications.
  • Assist Customer Success and Technical Support teams with live brand operations.

Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Pre/Post Sales with direct client engagement in a web-based context.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases is advantageous.
  • Proficient in API interactions and troubleshooting JSON payloads.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and log analysis techniques.
  • Good grasp of HTTP and web technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL is essential.
  • Preferred familiarity with JavaScript and PHP/.NET.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in an eCommerce setting is a plus.
