We are seeking a Store Operations Leader to support the success of our store team. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and create a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture that puts customers at the forefront of everything we do. Ensure every customer interaction is exceptional.
  • Team Development: Help your team meet sales and productivity goals by providing coaching and feedback.
  • Visual Merchandising: Utilize visual merchandising skills to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Store Operations: Oversee rostering, wage expenses, and stock management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment: Collaborate with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to recruit retail professionals.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a leader or manager in retail.
  • Industry Passion: A genuine passion for the retail industry.
  • Operational Expertise: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters.
  • Stock Control and Visual Merchandising: Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate peers.
