Lead Videographer Job Description

Our organization is seeking a creative and skilled videographer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging video content and will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, directing, editing, and coloring videos.

About the Role

The Lead Videographer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. They will work closely with our creative team to develop innovative video concepts that resonate with our target audience.

  • Develop high-quality video content across various formats, including polished global ad campaigns and scroll-stopping social media reels.
  • Conceptualize and shoot high-end cinematic footage as well as lo-fi social media content using handheld cameras or larger rigs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pro-level skills in shooting, editing (Premiere, Da Vinci, or Final Cut), lighting, and color grading.
  • Experience in advertising and creating compelling video content.
  • Ability to adapt to different video formats and styles.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
