Key Role in API Monetisation Strategy

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a high-impact digital transformation project, working at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and technology. They will identify monetisation opportunities, define business and functional requirements, and support the delivery of scalable API products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst with strong understanding of API ecosystems, digital platforms, or telecommunications environments.
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with API lifecycle management, developer portals, or API monetisation strategies is essential.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and facilitating workshops to achieve project objectives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is highly desirable.
