Forensic Accounting Professional

This is a challenging opportunity to contribute to the execution of forensic investigations, disputes, project administration and risk management on a range of engagements.

The role is responsible for managing all aspects of forensic accounting engagements primarily involving damages assessments, valuations and financial investigations.

  • Prepare and review detailed financial models in Microsoft Excel, including analysing profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts in order to prepare a DCF analysis.
  • Write reports and other deliverables for review by senior directors.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting, Commerce or Law, experience in an accounting or internal audit role, and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Naturally curious with an aptitude for breaking down and solving complex problems.
  • Able to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.
  • An excellent communicator (both written and verbal), able to distil and explain complex information and relate to key concepts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Law
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Experience in accounting or internal audit
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Personable and confident in project management and delegation of tasks. Additional qualifications such as relevant certifications will be highly regarded.
