Our practice is seeking a diligent and proactive Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support our team in Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver general medical reception duties and administrative tasks, including handling incoming calls, checking in patients, confirming appointments, processing and reconciling patient accounts
  • Foster professional working relationships with colleagues, patients, and medical staff

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Mature and diligent attitude with excellent time-management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in computer software
  • Excellent attention to detail and initiative to take ownership of tasks
  • High standard of presentation and strong ambition for career growth

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Medical administration experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
