Job Title: Senior Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support senior management in our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules of senior managers
- Plan appointments and events
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
- Create regular reports and update internal databases
- Arrange travel itineraries
- Respond promptly to managers' queries
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Analyze and suggest improvements to office operations
- Review and recommend changes to company policies
About You:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize tasks
- High school degree; additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus
Requirements:
- Strong office management skills
- Proficiency in ERPs and MS Office
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
