We are seeking a proactive and customer-obsessed individual to join our team at National Tiles. As a Flooring Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism in our installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end installations of jobs, working closely with our Design and Order Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and clients to ensure work is completed to the highest standard and meet client expectations.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with quality and supply, utilizing problem-solving skills to provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of client needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong level of communication and professionalism, with a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and at times autonomously, utilizing initiative to problem-solve and drive results.
  • Knowledge of building processes and practices, with previous construction or tiling experience preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence.
